Facilitator in Leadership Development and Change Management

Currently I am working as a Programme Manager. I facilitate Leadership Development Programmes and implement methods I have learned to use while being a member of boscop. Since I work with groups of up to 30 people, I need to know how to facilitate large groups. How can an individual express themselves effectively and appropriately even within a structured programme? How can group work be facilitated in a way that enables everyone to play a role? The open space method really meets these needs and gets people talking and sharing their rich experiences.
